Dr. Neely graduated Magna Cum Laude from Millsaps College in Jackson, Miss., and obtained her medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, also located in Jackson. She went on to an Internship and then an Ophthalmology Residency, both at University Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.

Dr. Neely is a Board-Certified ophthalmologist and Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. She specializes in cataract and implant surgery and has a special interest in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy and childhood eye disease.
