Dr. Cutler received his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honors from the University of Maryland. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland Medical School. He completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at Tulane University and went on to complete a Fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Cutler is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Broward County Medical Association and Broward County Ophthalmological Society. Dr. Cutler has served on the Board of Trustees at Plantation General Hospital.
Together with his loyal staff, Dr. Cutler has been providing all aspects of eye care to his patients in the Sunrise area for over 30 years.
